An expert Estate Agent that has remained at the top of his profession for over 36 years in arguably one of the toughest and hostile markets.  Oliver is one of the most charismatic, enthusiastic and passionate Estate Agency trainers out there, he delivers an intensive yet enjoyable training programmes as well as consultancy services for agents at all levels.
 
Oliver has been responsible for co-owning/running arguably the most prolific, competitive and respected Estate Agents in recent years throughout North London, since 2000 he has overseen 14 Estate Agency Sales Branches, Approx 60 Sales Negotiators, 12 Branch Managers a number of Mortgage Managers, Sales Progressors and a Pool of Administrative Managers.
 
Oliver has seen it ALL!  Focussed on high standards whilst handling volume with an unrivalled  phenomenal work ethic, you will have to go some to find a more determined, driven Estate Agent!
 
Having learnt the profession as a teenager Oliver has experienced just about everything the property market can throw at you, Oliver’s rise through the ranks was both fast and educational.  Joining Lanes Estate Agents as a teenager (a six office Independent Residential Estate and Lettings Agent) covering Middlesex and Hertfordshire. The Company also had a dedicated Land Department as well as a well respected NEW HOMES DEPARTMENT of which Oliver helped get started.  At the tender age of 22 Oliver became the youngest Branch Manager of the company, he then progressed through every level of Estate Agency and rose further through the company becoming the residential Sales Director, shareholder/company co-owner. After 23 years at the sharp end Oliver resigned and took some time out to spend with his Family.
 
Following a well deserved sabbatical Oliver returned to the industry opening a Winkworth Franchise where more than 20 Residential Estate Agents competed for a share within ‘the Estate Agents row’. Inside 18 months having been away from the industry for up to 2 years and in some cases giving away up to 25 years of trading history Oliver swiftly established Winkworth, Enfield as a no nonsense, well respected assertive Agent hitting Top Spot as the Number 1 Agent with the most Market Share.  Ranked by right move as consistently in the Top Two Agents of the Town, unfortunately outside influences stopped Oliver in his tracks.
 
Olivers Twist was conceived during this period and ultimately born several years later, bringing his unique, intensive coaching, work ethic and energy to the forefront.
 
Present day Oliver runs Oliver’s Twist Estate Agency Training alongside co-owning Prickett and Ellis Estate Agents a trusted, respected and established Estate Agency business (currently independently assessed as the Best Agent in N2/N10), specialising in the Muswell Hill, East Finchley and Crouch End areas of North London.
